The story so far…
This year we are celebrating 10 years in business, and what a 10 years it has been!
Walking into an empty shell of a 110,000 square foot unit in 2005 was a daunting prospect but with hard work, a bit of luck and fantastic teamwork, we have managed to progress from a standing start to a thriving, world class, third party storage provider with a capacity of over 35,000 pallet locations.
Qualifying for membership of the prestigious UKWA (United Kingdom Warehousing Association) in April 2007 was a major milestone in our development. We are very proud of our UKWA membership status.
Here at K2 Storage Solutions, we pride ourselves on efficient operational performance and exceptional customer service. We are very fortunate to have a loyal and diverse customer base who we work with daily, helping to keep the wheels of industry turning.

Triple shunting and manoeuvring success
Three members of the K2 team have successfully achieved their vehicle shunting and manoeuvring qualification.
Chris Powell, Adam Rothwell and Ben Crowley undertook their intensive course and all passed with distinction.
This functionality allows transport companies to drop trailers at any time during the day leaving our staff to transport to the relevant loading dock when required.
This system allows for a seamless receipt/dispatch operation for both the haulier and ourselves.

Train the trainer
Chris Powell has recently passed his intensive Fork Lift Truck Instructor course with flying colours
This qualification allows Chris to train and refresh all staff on our full array of lifting equipment.
This is another example of K2 Storage Solutions investing wisely for the future by setting the bar to a high standard for both current and future generations.
